Dash Eatery

We are a family-owned and operated eatery in the East Kootenay located in downtown Cranbrook B.C. @ 22 12th Avenue South just off Baker street.

  We are an Eatery specializing in quick service items like soups, sandwiches, pizzas, and baked goods.

We have indoor seating for up to twenty-two customers and can seat over forty on our outdoor patio during the warm seasons.

We offer sandwich trays and soup for catering events.

Due to our limited seating, we don't take reservations.

We feel that we have something for everyone but we specialize in providing high-quality homemade food (Literally) in a quick manner.

We understand that most of our customers have a limited amount of time allocated for lunch. So we aim to provide everyone with some great quick options that we have put a lot of time, care, and effort into.

 We operate with an on-hand dynamic menu with a half dozen selected regular items that are popular with our customers.  All of our items are while supplies last like you would normally find in a bakery or deli but we do our best to replenish items as quickly as possible.  This allows us to provide options that change daily to keep the menu fresh and exciting.

A dynamic menu positions us to create culinary creations that can adapt to fast-rising food cost inflation, staff shortages, Covid19 changing restrictions, and unforeseen circumstances.  This allows us to provide stability, excellent food quality, and tremendous value with our pricing for our customers.

As a takeaway eatery, we are Covid19 conscious. All items are behind glass dividers and we use takeout containers. We do our best to be environmentally responsible and have the option to switch to glassware in the future depending on what happens with Covid19

 Initially, we were inspired by the cafes and delis found in heritage buildings in New Orleans. We specifically looked for an old house in Cranbrook to emulate the cozy feeling we had in Louisiana. It took us years of work to transform this old house into Dash Eatery so we hope that everyone feels like our little establishment is a home away from home for them when they visit.
